The open condensate recovery device is to collect the steam condensate discharged from the steam equipment through the trench pipeline to an open underground pool. The steam carried by the condensate water and the secondary steam that flashes after the condensate is decompressed to normal pressure Empty or make use of, the remaining nearly 100℃ condensate water will naturally or add condensate water to cool to below 70℃, and then use a pump to feed it into the soft water tank and use it as boiler make-up water.
Open-type condensate recovery device can be divided into the following three methods.
1.1 Natural cooling opener with high pump
The main working principle of the system is that the condensed water is recovered from the trench to an open underground pool, and then pumped to the make-up tank. Because the position of the pump is higher than the ground, the recovered water temperature is generally 40°C due to the influence of the performance of the centrifugal pump. ~60℃. The heat loss taken away by flash evaporation accounts for about 4% to 10%. Therefore, the heat loss is great.
1.2 The natural cooler with the pump lowered
Its working principle is basically the same as that of the high-position device, except that the pump is placed in the pit below the water collection tank. According to the influence of the performance of the centrifugal pump (see Table 1 on page 32), the recovery temperature can be increased to 80°C. However, because the pump is placed in a pit, equipment maintenance is very inconvenient, so few manufacturers adopt this method.
1.3 Utilize high pressure condenser for capacity expansion
Its working principle is to use the leaking steam of high-pressure steam equipment, the flash steam of condensate water is used by low-pressure steam equipment, low-pressure condensate is returned to the pool, and the natural or chilled water drops below 70 ℃ for recovery. The recovery rate of this condensate recovery device is higher than the previous two, but the investment is relatively large. Not many factories adopt this method.
